| Details: | I left a message for Mr. Cavan at 0950 regarding the trigger for a Level 2 investigation, due to lack of repeat sample submission following the November 16 TCR result. In addition to informing Mr. Cavan of the repeat sample requirement, I requested his mailing address. 1040, 11/27/2018: After Tony Cavan left a message for me stating the repeat samples were submitted as required, I spoke via phone with Vandana at Alexin Lab. She stated that 2 samples received were analyzed and came back clean (After Cistern, and 82362 Maple Rd), but additional samples are required from the well and one other site. A sample submitted earlier contained less than 100 mL so could not be analyzed. Once the additional samples are received and analyzed, Alexin will submit results to the state for posting. I called Mr. Cavan back and left another message relaying what Vandana and I discussed. |
