| Details: | I spoke with the operator of this system regarding recent tests collected and submitted to the DW program. It was thought that results of end of year tests would not arrive within the grace period allowed at the closing of a testing period. However, many of the required tests did in fact arrive in time. I was calling to ask about the SOC tests, which were never received. The operator believes they have been taken and perhaps were never reported because they were not going to make the deadline. The operator has promised to send the results to DW. Routine sample for the 4th quarter was also missed. |
