| Details: | I reached out to the operator at this system to discuss the SOC violation for the 2020-2022 sampling period. The system correctly sampled for SOC's at the end of December 2022, but did not report the results until March of 2023, well after the reporting allowance at the end of the December 31st, 2022 sampling window closing. The operator promised to schedule the SOC testing for the next three year period. |
