Details:	I followed up with Joel on the overdue water master plan noted as a deficiency in the 2020 survey. He underestimated the amount of time needed to complete this document and has had other competing projects. He hopes to have it completed for plan review submittal in March this year. The due date was extended to March 31, 2023 to accommodate the district's needs to complete the master plan. Received email from Joel on Mar 28th that more time was needed to complete the master plan. It would be done in the next few weeks. I gave him until April 30th to submit the document for plan review.
