| Details: | Phone contact from complainant at water system. Complainant noted no change since do not drink advisory posted in December and would like update and requested assistance from lane county emergency management for temporary water supply. Phone contact to owner listed on system page regarding complaint and asking for update regarding pws response to alerts. System noted it delivered notice in Dec to residents and is working with delta operations water company to replace POU and test for Arsenic DRC contacted lane county noting system has had no material updates since alerts. Provided follow up for system regarding testing all POU as soon as possible , replacing POU, and increased monitoring for compliance. LCPH reached out to Lane County EM for water support, support request was sent 3/9 for bottled water for PWS. |
