Assistance Type: WATER QUALITY ALERT RESPONSE
Reasons: Lead or Copper

Details: Natasha copied me on a letter she sent to OHA DWS on 11/7/18 asking to invalidate the lead and copper sample taken at 9379 Charity Ave NE. I explained to her that it was too late to invalidate the sample and that she needs to begin the compliance schedule for the lead action level exceedance (water quality parameters are overdue). I explained that if she collects two 6 month LnC demonstration rounds, then the WS may be able to avoid installing corrosion control treatment. I am mailing her a copy of the Lead Education template that she needs to complete and issue by 12/10/18.
