Details: I called Robert Trotter and requested the following from him or the water system in writing:
1. Regarding McNulty Water PUD's EP-D for the Robinette Well/Aquifer Storage & Recovery (ASR) zone (adjacent to the more recently installed Arsenic Treatment System):
What is the specific operating date range that particular source will be online and offline, if this is to be a Seasonal water source/entry point?

2. What is being done to fix the Arsenic Treatment System to ensure the next water sample results for arsenic are below the MCL?

Note: Robert says that EP-D for Robinette Well was offline at the time of the arsenic water sample that exceeded the MCL, so it is not representative of water being served to the system's population.
Since that source is on a Quarterly sampling schedule for Arsenic, and April 1st is the beginning of the second quarter, I also requested that a quarterly water sample for arsenic be collected and show to be below the MCL before putting EP-D for Robinette Well back online, as according to Robert, that source has been offline since November 2022.
