Details:	Dustin submitted a question about BPA-Celilo Big Eddy abandonment procedures for the Big Eddy Well and the process for properly abandoning the well. I sent Dustin some links to the Water Resources Department and instructed him to contact them to move forward. I also requested an abandonment log once it has been completed. In the meantime, I will submit an inventory change form for BPA-Celilo Big Eddy and change the status to emergency use until the abandonment has been completed.
