| Details: | Failure to meet CT in February and March 05.10.2023-Michael provided copy of the public notices for failure to meet CT in Feb, March and April. The Tier 2 notice for failure to submit CCT recommendations is still pending. Corinne was advised to finish collecting the 2 rounds of WQPs and work with the Circuit Rider on the corrosion control recommendations. 05.09.2023-Michael reached out reporting that the system failed to meet the required CT during the month of April. Next steps: Michael was advised to post a tier 2 notice for failure to meet CT in April. Michael has instructed operators to maintain chlorine level high in an attempt to meet CT. The pH ranges are normal, as are water temperatures. The main change is the contact time calculation which went 75 minutes (based on a theoretical calculation) to 24 minutes (based on a tracer study). 04.13.2023-Corinne reported that she has not received from Michael Murphy (DRC) a copy of the revised SWT report for March. Next steps: Corinne was advised to provide a revised version of the report and a copy of the Tier 2 notices for February and March for failing to meet CT. 04.07.2023-The SWT report for the month of March calculated achieved CT using 75 minutes of contact time. That value is incorrect. the actual contact time is 24 minutes. I emailed Corinne requesting a revised version of the SWT report using the correct contact time. 03.24.2023-I emailed Corinne requesting a copy of the Tier 2 notice for their failure to meet CT during the month of February. Michael Murphy was also Cced on the email. |
