| Details: | Anna Wilson called me about questions Steve Wilson had about a notice from DWS regarding Operation & Maintenance Manual, Emergency Response Plan and Annual Summary Report. Anna claimed that Shiloh Water had these documents for Maple Terrace MHP for years. I requested that a copy of these documents are sent to me and/or Oregon DWS, so that the water system can get credit for those documents. Anna said she can forward us copies of those documents. |
