| Details: | I called Catherine with Fishers Supply to inquire about the follow up testing. She called back to report that the testing was done and the well/triggered sample was good but all distribution samples were positive for TC.The follow up samples were taken late (on 11/30) and reported as specials instead of repeat/triggered. The WS has two violations as a result. Catherine was unsure what could be causing the detections and asked for assistance. I mentioned the L1 investigation form has a list of items to check out. She said that was done. I asked her to send me a copy of the completed L1 report by 12/10. She asked me to mail her another copy of it and I did. I also reminded her that 3 temp routine samples are due this month but that they should wait to take them until after any corrective action such as shock chlorination and flushing is complete. She said she would contact the WS owner John and give him this information. | ||
