| Details: | I called John to follow up on the L1 coliform investigation form. He said he does not know the status of the form but would make sure it was submitted on time if I emailed him a copy. He also mentioned they are planning on installing a UV treatment system. I told him that plan review is required through OHA DWS and emailed him a link to the OHA plan review web page along with a copy of the L1 coliform investigation form. | ||
