| Details: | Failure to meet CT in May 06.09.2023-Michael emailed a copy of Weiss Estates PWS treatment report for May 2023. The report shows that Weiss Estate Water failed to meet CT requirements for four different days: May 9, 18, 19 and 21. Next steps: The system is required to post a Tier 2 notice for failure to meet CT. The notice should be posted in the next 30 days. A copy of the notice should be submitted to DWS. |
