| Details: | Phone contact with operator, operator has reactivated the system due to increased connections/population, system during inactivation replaced chlorination system with UV system, I have updated inventory and treatment for system page and system will go onto monthly ground water monitoring to ensure treatment is effective, as well UV system will go through plan review. will continue to work with system through this process. | ||
