| Details: | I received a phone call from Doug Best in regards to Lead and Copper sampling. The samples were submitted October 3, 2023 and should have been submitted between June 1 and September 30, 2023. Because they were submitted late, View Point Trailer Court will receive a violation and will be required to submit them in the same time frame for 2024. Doug stated that he would not submit them but rather follow the 3 year rotation since he disagrees with the violation and not be considered in compliance for sampling 3 days late. | ||
