| Details: | Called and spoke with the Operator regarding Violation #902657970 (NO3 Late/Non-reporting). The operator stated that he believe he had taken the test and will check with the lab to see if there is any record of the NO3 results from 2025. We also spoke about Violations #902654969 and #902654913 (LCR Late/Non-reporting). The operator said he missed the last seasonal sampling time period and plans to take the sample this upcoming seasonal period (June - September). Lastly, we spoke about Violation #902654965 (Source Sample - Late/Non-Reporting), a source sample was taken as part of a repeat series following the March 18, 2025 TC+ result. |
