| Details: | Phone contact with DRC regarding water complaints from system. Complaints noted that they did not want POU filters installed in homes due to issues with treatment option presented as well as leaking issues. DRC stated one system was noted to be leaking but was under manufacture warranty and is to be replaced on 6/23/23. System noted its plans to install remaining POU filters in unoccupied houses prior to 6/23/23. Remaining house holds have been encouraged to have POU filters installed, options have been presented to these system. Discussed having system contact customers regarding repair and support regarding filters to help with communications with system customers. System will being taking quarterly samples as per increase monitoring by june 30th. | ||
