| Details: | Lois called to repeat all four samples have returned positive for total coliform. I informed Lois that this could trigger a Level 1 Coliform Investigation and emailed the form. She stated they will try to chlorinate the system but asked for quantity guidance. Provided the shock chlorination information from OHA DWS page via email and reminded Lois to label additional coliform samples as "Special" to avoid additional issues later this month. | ||
