| Details: | I spoke with Jesse Gibson regarding the lack of a source water assessment sample for 2018 and the lack of coliform sampling for the first and second quarters of 2018 as well as the temporary routine samples for September 2018 after a routine positive sample. Mr. Gibson stated he would take the fourth quarter distribution sample as well as the source water assessment sample as soon as possible. I informed Mr. Gibson that the firm would be put on monthly coliform monitoring due to the holes in the sampling record. | ||
