| Details: | Jesse Gibson called me to discuss the recent letter the water system received regarding the move from quarterly to monthly sampling for coliform in the distribution system. I looked up the coliform results for the system and saw that SDWIS reflects a second quarter coliform sample that was taken in April of 2018, although there is a violation in the system that a sample was taken. I instructed Mr. Gibson to contact the water lab where samples are submitted and track down the results and send them to me. I instructed Mr. Gibson to take the December coliform sample from the distribution system before the end of the month. I also informed Mr. Gibson that after a year of proper coliform sampling the system could be again put on quarterly sampling. | ||
