| Details: | 09.13.2023-Janet Tarr submitted the letter of interest to LOI.DW@biz.oregong.gov. Next step: update the Compliance and Enforcement Schedule on Data Online. Construction of the new water treatment plant is now scheduled to begin on Feb 1, 2025. 08.31.2023-Lisa emailed me a copy of the LOI. Dan Vaage and I reviewed the LOI. Dan Vaage advised Lisa to extend all project work plan activities by 9 months. Lisa was also advised to include on the LOI the date of the most recent community meeting. Next steps: Lisa and Robert will make the changes to the LOI. If needed, Lisa and Robert can reach out to Dan for help with the edits. 08.15.2023-I emailed Janet advising her to submit the LOI by September 15. Dan Vaage with Civil West is ready to help the system finalize the LOI. If no progress is made to install surface water treatment, DWS Compliance and Enforcement office may move forwards with the civil penalty process. 07.18.2023- I emailed Janet requesting an update on their project to install adequate surface water treatment. Janet reported that they have been very busy trying to coordinate a community meeting via Zoom or in person. This hasn't been easy since several owners are non-residents and others are on vacation. Janet was advised to contact Dan Vaage and discuss what’s needed at this point to submit the LOI by September 15, 2023. |
