| Details: | NCPHD contacted Dirk Kozak to schedule a level 2 investigation and to check-in on the flushing of the system from an E. coli alert. They are currently having a chlorinator issue and have ordered a new one which should arrive on July 21, 2023. Once that has been hooked back up, Dirk will draw the special sample. The level 2 investigation is scheduled for July 31, 2023. | ||
