| Details: | I sent Sandy an email regarding the CCR violation and what she needed to do to return to compliance. I included a reminder to submit the consumer confidence report as well also the proof of delivery disclosure which has a due date of 10/1/23. They respond that the CCR was verified as received on June 23 in SDWIS. I checked with DMCE and the delivery disclosure was received but not the 2022 CCR. I let Sandy know via email to submit the 2022 CCR that was delivered to the residents. |
