| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Kent Downs with OHA reached out to the circuit rider indicating that the Weiss Estates Water System needed help with sampling for WQPs (Water Quality Parameters). Assistance Provided: The circuit rider researched the issues with the existing WQPs sampled by C. Clifton and found that there were no pH or temperature readings taken at the time of the WQP sampling. Further one of the samples came back with non-detection for the following parameters: calcium, alkalinity, and conductivity. This is highly unusual and could only happen if the water had been deionized or if there was a mistake at the laboratory. The circuit rider discussed the issue with both OHA and C. Clifton and believes that there must have been some error at the test lab. C. Clifton confirmed that there is no filtration equipment at her house that could have been the cause of the non-detects. The circuit rider discussed the sampling procedure for WQPs with C. Clifton at length and C. Clifton confirmed that she would be able to pull the samples again and take pH and temperature readings at the sample locations at the time of sampling.
