07.25.2023-Records indicate that the system has not been reporting their RT and nitrate samples. DMCE sent a notice of recurring violations and pending enforcement to the water system. Kelly was advised to comply with the requirements stated in the letter. The system is required to initiate quarterly RT sampling and collect their annual nitrate sample.
