Details: 04.15.2024-I left a voice message for Kelly, instructing him to call back so we can discuss the coliform sampling schedule and the existing violations that the system has received for not reporting any samples. Records show that the system has not been reporting RT and nitrate samples since reclassification as an OVS in 2021.
