Details:	March 28, 2023 survey noted no raw water sample tap for new well. Jeri sent pictures of installation of frost free hydrant with valve on discharge line. Explained hazards with using frost-free with bacteria sampling and recommended to flush line thoroughly before sampling if needed. This deficiency considered corrected. System still needs additional sampling for new well for L & C and Rads and has contacted lab for these tests.
