| Details: | I advised Ms. Galloway of the allegations made by the complainant. She said that all staff are trained at the time of hire and annually thereafter in both English and Spanish to only get drinking water from the Point-of-Use (POU) nitrate treatment devices. She said the design of the POU devices allows staff to fill water bottles. | ||
