| Details: | I reached out to Caleb to inquire if he made contact with Carrie Gentry the OHA DWP plan review coordinator. He indicated he had and was getting close to having the plan review submitted for orthophosphate treatment. He was attempting to find information on the property easement for land that the well, treatment and storage tanks are on. The property is owned by Mrs. Higinbotham. Her house is served by the water system. I made an attempt to locate the easement but was not successful. Community Development staff thought reaching out to a title company may yield results. I provide that information to Caleb. Mike Johnson former Jackson Creek Water Association President has reached out inquiring about 6-month sample round submission. I will need to consult OHA technical staff on this question. It is unclear if sampling should be conducted if the plan review has not been completed. |
