| Details: | I spoke with Ms. Galloway regarding the monitoring violation for not submitting the remaining two of five lead and copper water samples that were to have been sampled on or before 9-30-18 and reported to OHA DWS by 10-10-18. Ms. Galloway said the samples were taken on 9-30-18 and later submitted to a laboratory for analysis. She e-mailed me a copy of the laboratory report dated 10-5-18 listing sample dates of 9-30-18, a lab receiving date of 10-2-18 and a 10-5-18 date of analysis. She said she would contact the lab to have them send the results to OHA DWS. | ||
