| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Lee Wege of Riverstone MHP reached out to the circuit rider indicating that he has since left the MHP, but that the new MHP manager needed assistance with the submitted LOI for source water protection work. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reviewed the LOI response letter and made recommendations for the next steps forward for Riverstone MHP. The water system needs to do two things to move forward with the funding process: • Establish a signing authority for the water system. This needs to be the park owner or other authority that is able to enter into contractual agreements on behalf of the water system/park owner. • Register on the SAM.gov website and obtain a UEI number.
