Details:	Sent another email asking for already completed or proposed completion dates for the 5 significant deficiencies in the 9/17/18 survey. Corinne's 12/3/2018 response to my 11/20/18 inquiry included proposed dates for only two of the 5 deficiencies. And for one of those two (sealing a couple small openings at top of tank 5), the proposed date in April 2019 seemed excessive- that would be 6 months for a problem that is fairly easy to fix. I asked for a revised (closer) date for that one and requested again proposed dates for the remaining ones.
