| Details: | I spoke with the operator concerning the lead exceedance test result (.0296 mg/L) labeled as taken at distribution but from sampling location EP-A.The operator will be posting a lead public notice and a public education program about the health effects of consuming lead and what you can do to reduce your exposure to lead. + 10/19/23: I conducted a site visit with the operator to verify where the lead exceedance sampling site (EP-A) was precisely taken. It turned out that the exceedant sampling site was labelled as from distribution even though it was taken at the entry point and that the metal tube fitting on the sampling site could have contributed lead concentrations to the initial sample. The metal spout connected to the EP-A sampling site will be replaced and they will resample under the correct sampling site designation. ++ 10/27/23: The resampled lead & copper EP-A sample was below the action limit (ND - Lead, 0.0120 mg/l) EP - Entry Point. |
