| Details: | On 9/19/23 I received an alert for exceeding both lead and copper action levels from tap sampling completed 8/16/2023. I reached out to Jaime Craig with Tillamook County to confer on the results and I emailed the system templates for the lead public education and consumer notification. After providing feedback on the School's edits to the templates, the school distributed the notifications on 9/20/23. Corrosion control treatment has already been submitted for plan review and granted conditional approval under PR #119-2023 due to a previous copper action level exceedance. A compliance schedule is also established for this system to install corrosion control treatment. Update 10-5-23 via e-mail from Curtis Olson - corrosion control treatment is anticipated to be installed by the end of October or early November. | ||
