| Details: | After multiple attempts to contact the operator regarding this violation, we have determined that we are unable to reach the operator at this time. We do not know why this communication problem exists. In addition to this CCR Violation, we need to address a TCR Alert and schedule a water system survey. We will continue to periodically make attempts to contact with the operator. Ultimately, it is the operator's responsibility to comply, communicate, and allow site visits. | ||
