| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Casey Lyon of OHA reached out to the circuit rider for assistance regarding the SAM registration process with the City of Adrian. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reached out to Shawn Synder, the City’s Administrator, to help navigate the SAM registration website. Shawn noted that she was stuck on a certain page that was asking for information that she did not have. The circuit rider was able to navigate the page by using alternative information. Shawn got through another few pages and then was stuck on a page that was asking for a physical address for the City. Shawn indicated that the City was being run out of a back room of a hair salon, and that she would need to get proof of address from the parcel owner or speak to the Oregon State Secretary to confirm the address that is on file. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can provide further assistance as needed. |
