| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Pete Farrelly of OHA reached out to the circuit rider requesting operational assistance be provided to Elaine Cavin out at the Evergreen Acres water system. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider spoke at length with Elaine about the recent problems their small water system is faced with. Tony Cavin was operating the system but recently left and did not leave instructions on how to operate the system. The well house door was also left locked, so Elaine is unable to access the well house. Elaine further indicated that there is a party interested in purchasing the water system.
