Details:	On 11/4/23 Jermiah Bloink from Klamath Co PH contacted an office person (Chris) at the contact number for the system. Chris stated he would attempt to contact a person in charge of this system on 11/6/23. Today 11/6/23 I contacted Chris and local operator "Cody" of Crescent Lake Resort and outlined the requirement of 5 confirmation samples and the boil water notice for E. Coli. I also asked Cody contact me for further details including system shocking, a level2 investigation, and outcome scenarios of the samples. I will update DWS and Russ Kazmierczak with additional details as they progress. There was no initial contact report on the initial positive sample from 10/31/23 due to the inability to contact any person in charge.
