| Details: | 11.15.2023-Steve, Miranda and Michelle were advised to collect 3 RP samples and a TG sample at the wellhead. Michelle informed Steve that RP samples should be collected at the site that tested positive and within five connections downstream and upstream from the site that tested positive. I advised Steve to also increase free chlorine concentration to maintain a minimum of 0.2 mg/l in the distribution system. | ||
