| Details: | We are at the end of the preliminary engineering phase of the project. We sent the proposed site plan, preliminary bid documents, and engineers estimate to Dale Murray. He responded with comments that we are working on addressing. After these changes are complete, we will send the preliminary plan to Dale for final approval on his end.
