| Details: | I left a message with Mr. Aguiar regarding the recent TC+ sample, outlining the repeat process, and informing him of the repeat time requirement for submission by 1/3/19. Also outlined temporary routines for February (3). If confirmed, this will be the third positive within 1 year. A level 2 investigation will be conducted, and additional action including residual disinfection may be required. The system is non-EPA, and I will consult with Russ Kazmierczak on future action. |
