| Details: | Spoke with John at Young Life about the TTHM result of 0.0829 mg/L which is higher than the MCL of 0.08 which triggers the need for a Tier 2 advisory and OEL for DBPs. The LRAA calculated for TTHM was 0.091 mg/L and OEL was calculated to be 0.101 mg/L which is above the MCL (0.080mg/L) and the system is required to submit an OEL by March 2024. The OEL reporting form, due date as well as resources for the public notice were sent to the operator. The system will be submitting plan review documents for the DBP treatment system in the next few weeks. Operator sent their completed OEL form to DWS on 1/5/2024. The OEL described continued work toward a pretreatment solution to reduce DBP formation caused by DOC/TOC in source water. System will be submitting plan review information to DWS in the next few months. |
