| Details: | Called operator and Chuck Michael at OHA. Followed up with the following email: "The two consecutive monthly samples remove the need for groundwater source sampling and 3 repeat samples within the distribution. However, the lack of sampling does reset the clock for monthly sampling. I will reach out to OHA to issue a return to compliance. LEVEL 1 INVESTIGATION: OHA informed me that a level 1 investigation must be conducted. Attached is the level 1 coliform investigation form. According to OHA, a violation will be issued for the level 1 investigation, but if the form is filled out and returned to me and OHA before the end of the month, the return to compliance will be issued at the same time as the violation." RTC request was sent to compliance Drinking Water: "Two consecutive monthly samples came back absent for coliform. Please RTC the Source Sample - Late/Nonreporting – 1 violation number 900000264" |
