| Details: | I spoke with Tim to verify if the system has taken the required repeat and triggered samples. Tim was not sure, Star Water company comes out to take their samples, he was not sure if they had been out to take the samples or not. I sent Tim the Level 1 investigation form, and let him know that if the samples weren't taken before 5/22/21 or if they come back positive, that he needs to complete the form and send it back to me. | ||
