| Details: | Four customers of Evergreen Acres called Environmental Health to complain about lack of service, continuous issues with water quality, and unresolved violations. Contact info in file. EH advised boil advisory is still in effect due to lack of necessary water safety monitoring. Referred customers to Sunset Springs for potable water to be used for cooking, drinking etc. Situation has been ongoing since April 2023. A new operator now owns the property on which the pumphouse, well, and reservoir stand, however, previous operator has denied access to facilities. |
