Details:	Environmental Health talked with Sam re ownership of property and access to water system facilities. Previous owner still claiming right to facility despite transfer of real property. Follow up email to new owner included attachments of documentation of LLC and Water Rights. Discussed testing water from household tap, even if unable to access source.
