| Details: | Phone and email contact with operator. Operator is having system sample 3 repeat samples in the distribution and 1 triggered samples from well 1,2 and 3 (well 3 is being used by water system as possible water option since well #2 was confirmed E.coli, this well is listed as inactive at this time and an unapproved water source, but water quality has not be tested since the water system started us of the well.) Level 2 investigation conducted 12/4/23 System sampled routine distribution and E.coli is present in distribution. the water advisory is still in place. Repeat tests confirmed E.coli is still present in distribution and well #2. Well #3 and Well #1 tested absent for bacteria and E.coli. System is working to disconnect well #2 and use Well #3 (unapproved) as a water source. |
