Details:	EH sent text message to Tony Cavin beseeching him to step back and let new property owners get the water system tested and running, OR do so himself. EH reiterated that complaints continue to be made by customers and concerns have been raised by the school superintendent re the safety and health of children on the system. EH informed Cavin that PUC has been notified of situation with the system.
