| Details: | WS submitted 5 assessment samples from the well that were intended to be confirmation samples. They were not required to collect 5 confirmation samples but did in response to confirmed E. coli in the distribution. Two of the confirmation samples were positive for E. coli and all were TC+. I let Jessica know that I will be referring the the source for a well evaluation with OHA DWS. Once that is completed, the next steps can be determined. A L2 investigation was done on 12/14/23 and found no obvious source of contamination but the well casing vent needs to be screened. The boil advisory will remain in place until corrective actions (to be determined) are completed. | ||
