| Details: | Two of 3 repeats TC+. Called Craig and triggered sample was actually at the combined entry point, not the source. Only well #3 is currently operating. Craig will take another triggered sampled and submit for well #3. The two positive confirm coliform and system will need to submit level one investigation form. (I emailed form to Craig). Get in triggered source sample to avoid violation. Discussed chlorinating both well and reservoir to approx 5 mg/L. No public notice required at this time since it is total coliform only. Submit level 1 investigation form within 30 days. | ||
